These air fried brussels sprouts are one of my go-to sides when I want something crispy and simple without much effort. Halved brussels sprouts get tossed in garlic powder, onion powder, and a spritz of oil, then air fried until golden and crispy outside, tender inside. Finished with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast, they’re ready in about 25 minutes and pair well with just about anything.
